In the Knowledge Open all golf teams play to support an Appleton Area School District school. This year 21 schools were represented. More than $16,000 will be awarded as unrestricted grants.

The Knowledge Open is more than a golf outing. Teams’ scramble scores are lessened 1/2 a stroke for each correct Masters Knowledge Challenge quiz answer. That’s right… the outing is also educational! Quiz questions highlight interesting facts about the Foundation, school district, and other topics important to sponsors.
