Knowledge Open 2024

Thank you to the more than 200 golfers who joined us for the 26th annual Knowledge Open on Friday, July 19. We are grateful to all of our sponsors, golfers, and volunteers who made this year the best yet! The perfect weather was icing on the cake.

In the Knowledge Open all golf teams play to support an Appleton Area School District school. This year 21 schools were represented. More than $16,500 will be awarded as unrestricted grants.

The Knowledge Open is more than a golf outing. Teams’ scramble scores are lessened 1/2 a stroke for each correct Masters Knowledge Challenge quiz answer. That’s right… the outing is also educational. Quiz questions highlight interesting facts about the Foundation, school district, and other topics important to sponsors.
