Benefits and Contest Rules
This campaign will run August 25-October 3, 2025. Although contributions will be welcomed at any time, October 3 is the last day they will be eligible for the benefits and contest.
There are 33 AASD teams. All teams are listed below. Your school/department is included on your personalized invitation. The top team with the highest giving percentage and top team with the largest participation increase* over last year will each receive $200 grants. Teams ranking 2nd – 5th in each category will be entered in a drawing to win a $150 grant. One $150 grant be awarded for each category.
*To be eligible for the increased percentage prizes, at least five staff members must have participated during 2024-25.
Everyone who gives $3.50 or more per pay period will receive an AEF t-shirt.
All payroll givers, regardless of amount, will be entered in a drawing to win an AEF gift basket.
