School Supplies & Classroom Needs

Appleton Education Foundation – Educators’ Resource Fund (ERF)

The Educators’ Resource Fund helps reduce out-of-pocket costs AASD educators often incur for classroom and student needs.

  • Pilot Program: Four schools (Franklin, Richmond, Wilson, and Appleton East) are participating in 2025–26. Expansion to all AASD schools is planned for 2026-27 school year.
  • Quick Lists: Browse items, but only Quick List products are eligible for purchase.
  • Ordering: One person per building is the designated purchaser. Check with your school secretary or principal.
  • Delivery: Most items arrive the next business day if ordered by 4:30pm.

AASD Welcome Center – School Supply Room

For pencils, notebooks, glue sticks, and similar basics:

  • Run by AASD’s Community Engagement Department
  • Order via Google Form (check with your school secretary or principal)
  • School delivery available
  • Private shopping times available by request

Clothing

Community Clothes Closet – Provides free clothing to people in need.


Hygiene Items

Contact AASD’s Community Engagement Department for hygiene items. In stock items vary.


Menstrual Health Products

The Monthlies Project – Provides menstrual health products to school-aged students.


Food Support

St. Joseph’s Food Pantry – Supplements nutritional needs, free of charge, for families experiencing economic distress.
