Speaker: Brad Smith, Microsoft President and Chief Legal Officer
Description: Looking to address the challenges of a new era, Microsoft has become a company that seeks to foster a culture of “learn it alls” who embrace a growth mindset grounded in learning – learning from others and from their own mistakes. Microsoft President Brad Smith will discuss the company’s recent cultural transformation and how this focus, drawn from educational experiences and social science, has helped propel Microsoft to successes and led to new technology and philanthropic investments, including several in the Fox River Valley.
